Our staff are familiar with all planning software, and have experience programming Construction and Engineering projects. We can provide training and assistance in the production and management of programmes for all types of construction project.
RISK AND CONTRACT MANAGEMENT
Good Risk and Contract Management is key to the successful containment of project delay and budgetary overspend. We can assist in Risk Identification, Impact Assessment, development of Risk Registers, Project / Risk Monitoring, writing Contract Notices, etc.
EXPERT WITNESS ADVISORY
The provision of Specialist, Expert, Advice is our primary role and offering. We provide initial advice, expert opinion, and written and oral testimony (to UK MoJ CPR compliant standards). Our staff have extensive experience of most industry sectors and global jurisdictions.
TRAINING SERVICES
Our staff are interesting and entertaining, and regularly provide teaching and training services. We specialising in training in: Contracts and Contract Management, Good Programming and Planning techniques and, Delay and Disruption Management and Analysis.
